Nutrition facts: 200 Calories 20 grams Fat

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Amul fresh cream
  • 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1~2 drops Vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Store the fresh cream in freeze for at least 3-4 hours or you can store it in freezer for about an hour to set.
  • Do not use fresh cream that is at room temperature. Use totally chilled cream.
  • Take the chilled cream into a bowl and drain out all the liquid part in it.
  • You can use this liquid portion for making tea, coffee or in any dish that requires milk.
  • Again put the bowl in freezer for about 10 minutes.
  • Also put the blades of your hand blender in freeze for about 2 hours. The blades of blender should also be chilled.
  • Take the bowl out and blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
  • Blend again on high speed for about 4-5 minutes. The cream will thicken up.
  • Whipping cream is already.
  • You can use this fresh cream in any cakes or pudding or in any recipe that requires whipped cream.
